50 interviews in 2 days (written 8/31/07)
last week, i got a promotion.
im now an Associate Director of Student Services and Operations for the Southern California Campus.
my first assignment was to schedule 50 interviews for Thursday and Friday of this week.
yesterday we did 26 interviews.
today we have 24.
while sitting at my desk listening to a candidate tell the longest story in the history of stories….the other person conducting phone interviews and i have this email chain:
