me: as silly and ridiculous and over the top i think some of your comments are…..as well as embarrassing….thanks for the whole “beautiful” thing……

him: Patricia…..  beautiful is an insult to someone like you.  Your looks and personality are beyond a word like beautiful.  Your intellect and kindness are not measurable.

i just called a student for a work issue and got one of those music hold things where the guy/gal says:

“please enjoy the music while your party is reached.”

usually, no big deal. im fine. give me rock, pop, 80’s, country, classical, ska, instrumental…..etc.

this chick had an R&B song.

how am i supposed to enjoy THAT?

the message should have said:

“try not to puke while your party is reached.”

or

“please don’t slit your wrists while your party is reached.”

or

“im so sorry that you have to listen to this crap while your party is reached.”
